Maker Supermarket is for independent makers offering goods they make, design, or meaningfully produce. Sellers are responsible for accurate listings, lawful goods, customer communication, fulfillment, refunds, and compliance with applicable laws.

Honest shops

Use truthful business and store information. Do not offer counterfeit, dangerous, prohibited, misleading, or infringing goods.

Orders and payments

Before accepting payments, sellers must complete Stripe onboarding and remain eligible to sell. Existing obligations remain the seller’s responsibility if selling access is paused.

Marketplace conduct

Treat buyers respectfully, protect their information, ship within promised processing times, and cooperate with reports or support reviews.

This initial policy will be expanded before production launch. Material changes receive a new version and require a new acceptance where appropriate.
